Aspect ratio for monthly event end credit

I can’t read anything as the dialogues are not visible at the inside of the aspect ratio. Currently using iPad mini 4.

I completed my first run through of UC event quest and didn't even get the end cutscenes. Should I have gotten them once I beat 3.2 the first time or do I need to 100% the whole event quest for it now? I don't remember having to do more than 1 run to get cutscenes if they were available in the past.
