How to activate Luke Cage Tough it out after cooldown.

I've tried searching on youtube to see how to activate Luke Cage Tough it out after cooldown, but haven't had much luck. Does anyone know how it works or get it to work after the cooldown. I looked through several youtube videos but haven't had any luck. Anyone with any tips or info would be most appreciated!!

You don’t “Activate” it again.
It is just a natural “Resetting” of his ability once the Cooldown elapses. Similar to Iceman.

So, absorb an SP3 with no damage taken. Continue to fight, and after some number of seconds you would be able to absorb another SP3 without any damage taken again (provided wasn’t otherwise being hit at all besides for the SP3's, or whatever).
