Items not spawning

I was playing the side event and only 3 times spawned and on the rest of them there is nothing. It's also my first time doing it today and have not done it key after key

The key is (sorry, no pun intended) when you say “first time doing it today”.

Isn’t the Daily Reset time in the middle of day (in U.S.), to correspond when new Keys drop and event overall started/ends.

So if you ran a partial last night, grabbed some of the items, and quit, then come back this morning (before Reset Time) it will still be under last night's same “DAY”.

Hoping they fix that bug soon.
