Hello! I am doing Champion Buffs for fun. Maybe it can somehow influence the champions that get buffed somehow if yall participate in this poll. But it's up to you. Anyway. I have made 3 champion buffs ideas of

I think you and me should make a single buff for a character and then we put them in a single post for people to decide on which one they like more

How about iron patriot
We need to set up some rules
1 all stats will be based on a rank 5 4 star
2 no taking someone elses buff nor one you made yourself at a different point
3 the character can not be game breakingly overpowered but can have strength similar to cosmic ghost rider or captain marvel movies
4 all ability's must relate to the class which is tech which means that iron patriot won't be putting staggers on the enemys or purifying debuffs
5 must be fun and practical.
And thats about it in terms of the rules

Iron patriot overhaul
Stats based on a 4 star rank 5
4013-4783 prestige
13987-16987 health
1047-1247 attack
598-598 Crit rate
703-803 Crit damage
3556-3556 block proficiency
Iron patriot relies on his arc overload and gains bonuses to his ability's while in it. He also relies on his his sp1 power drains and lock to control the fight.
The way you want to play him in most normal match ups is to cycle sp2s
In longer match ups go with a sp3 then a sp2
Sig
Ability accuracy can not be reduced below 20%-90%
Opponent gains 10%-25% less power from repulser attacks
Passive
The suit naturally is very durable granting
A armor up lasting indefinitely and granting 1500 armor if this armor ups is removed then it will come back in 10 seconds
While the armor up is active iron patriot gains bleed immunity
The suits cooling mechanism provides immunity to incinerate
When a coldsnap is inflicted on iron patriot he takes no damage but instead uses the arc reactor to heat his suit giving 100% resistance to incinerate at the cost of arc overload charge gain being reduced to half
Passive animation
Iron patriot is always hovering
Blocking
Iron patriot now places one repulser pointing out from his waist and another pointing out from his chest and activates both to create a energy wall
Basic hits 6-8 hit combo
1st medium 1 hit iron patriot uses his repulsers and shoots a quick blast into the enemy's chest
2nd 1 hit light iron patriot punches the enemy in the face
3rd light 2 hits iron patriot launches 2 small missiles from his hands each inflicting a incinerate dealing 120 damage over 10 seconds
4th light 3 hits iron patriot activates the flamethrowers each hit inflicts a incinerate dealing 70 damage over 10 seconds
2nd medium 1 hit iron patriot shoots another repulser into the enemy's face
Repulsers
The 1st and 2nd medium and heavy are all repulsers. Repulsers can not crit and always deal 25% of the hit as energy damage. The speed of the repulsers blast makes it difficult to avoid reducing the chance to evade it by 100%.
Arc reactor
Every 1 second gain 10 arc charges when 100 are gained activate arc overload
This is not affected by ability accuracy reduction
Arc overload
When 100 charges are gained activate arc overload for 10 seconds and giving the following bonuses
Each repulser attack deals 75% more energy damage
3000 crit rating
500 crit damage
5% heal over 10 seconds
10% of a bar of power is gained every second
+1500 block proficiency
All of these affects are passive
Heavy 2 hits
Iron patriot shoots 2 repulsers quickly into his enemys chest
Inflict a passive heal block for 15 seconds
If in arc overload this attack gives the enemy 30% less power
Sp1 5 hits
Iron patriot jumps in the air and shoots his chest beam for 3 seconds this can be out distanced
Burn 40% of max power
While in arc over load this attack is unlockable and powerlocks the enemy for 6 seconds
Designer note
This is his main utility special as it powerlocks and drains. It also is a pain on defense because if he gets to the sp1 while in arc overload then you better get to the back wall quick
Sp2 3 hits 1 hit from the fist and 2 from the missiles
Iron patriot fly's up into the air and over his opponent before doing a loop in the air to introduce his fist to his enemys face followed by 2 missiles being launched from the back
Inflict a stun for 4 seconds
Gain max arc reactor charges and activate arc overload after the attack
Each missile inflicts a armor break reducing armor by 500 for 30 seconds
If in arc overload then refresh arc overloads duration and activate a fury for 30 seconds granting 1247 attack
Designer note
This is his main way of damage do to the fury, armor breaks and the refreshing of arc overload. If this is timed well it can lead to very high damage numbers
Sp3
Same animation
Stun for 5 seconds and inflicts a armor shatter for 30 seconds reducing armor by 3000
If in arc overload gain a patriot buff for 60 seconds granting 3000 crit rate and 500 crit damage
Designer note
This is not as it sounds. The precision does not affect mediums and heavy which means that it only crits on lights its still a good idea to go for this since you can increase your sp2 damage by even more
