Change drop rate of unstoppable colossus 2 star

The alliance crystal i often go in these only pull 2 star unstoppable colossus streaks like i just pulled my 6 th in a row but have had 10 to 12 streaks often. If i could go over sig 99 i am sure he be sig 500+ by now.
