They are both awakened and I’m actually inclined towards Angela because of her Debuff immunity. Am I crazy here?

    Depends on how high her sig can be soon. Basically needs max sig for that ability. Hyperion needs just awakening for most benefit and sig 20 for optimal benefit to sig ratio.
