Cosmic - Probably Aarkus or Red Goblin
Science - iBom and Torch
Tech - Warlock and Nebula

Some are debatable, but these are the top ones that come to mind. Skill has quite a handful honestly.

For the purposes of clarifying with the OP...

BWCV DoT does very little damage. The way you use her effectively is against opponents that are immune to those DoT effects. That's why she's such a monster against champs like Hyperion. She can constantly cycle an SP2 to drain his power (plus buff immunity) because he is immune to poison and instead of placing poison on him she's gaining power from the DoT failing to place. Take her into AQ and she can be constantly topped at 100% health against ultron drones with bleed immunity. (Although generally I don't have a problem keeping her there regardless of the map rotation).

I'm not doing skill. There are too many good ones and I just can't decide which one is the best out of all of them.

Yeah true, but who wants to ramp up somebody for 1 or 2 minutes when they can melt them down in less than a minute with like Archangel. That said, in longer fights, Guardian can surely have much higher DOT than Archangel.

My vote overall (can’t be bothered per class) is blade. His actual ‘damage’ numbers aren’t the highest in the game, but coupled in is his ability to gain power from the bleed, means you can reapply it over & over & over....

Actual damage numbers, I don’t think there is any doubt that AA is king.

With synergy OG Storm.....

Honorable mentions....Guardian, Ibom, Abom in certain cases, horseman Wolverine, Domino, BWDO, NF, Moleman, OGBP and shocked to see nobody mentioned Void....he is the definition of damage over time. Basically there are tons of great options for different scenarios and this just proves a point I made before. You are FAR better off having 10 good DOT champs instead of the top 1-2 and nothing else.

Cable with apoc synergi and its not even close

Have you seen OG Storm with APOC??? Was either MSD or Bero Man made a video.....18k per tick so 36k damage per second. Cable can be a beast on certain paths with APOC but I'm not sure he's hitting for 100k every 2-3 seconds....maybe I'm wrong but that storm dot is the highest I've ever seen
