Can you make cutscenes open for viewing?

I love the storytelling aspect of mcoc, with the development of the story. But if I missed a cutscene from an event quest or story quest. It stays locked and I viewable in the settings. It would be amazing if you opened it up for repeated viewing. Perhaps after going through milestones like uncollected, cavalier and thronebreaker, all the cutscenes until then just open up.

@Crcrcrc has collected all the cutscenes and placed them all in one file. There is a link in there somewhere.
