I guess my title wasn't technically as clear as it shoulda been. I placed for war....what upset me was the fact that I was trying to arrange placement accordingly. The maintenance was down for the last 45 min of placement...which is when I usually get on and arrange the defenders. Because of it, as I just saw unfortunately, I couldnt do a proper arrangement and now we have 2 defenders on the top level. That's why I'm upset. It's pretty much a guaranteed loss.
War starts at 1pm CST. The emergency maintainence started like 5 mins before that. There's no way E.M. was on for 45 minutes of placement phase.
