Can you suggest me ways of how to effectively use this champ ? I mean he is so damn weak and it often turns into a struggle playing him in most of scenarios

He was my first 6*. While I don't reach for him now, he came in handy when dealing with Evade and Auto Block. Spam L1 and you don't have to worry about annoying evaders.

His sp1 true strike is useful yes.
