Pre uncollected players didn't have the roster to grind out the 3* from the milestones in the old arena set up so what would be the point of adding it now?
Need to have alternate versions of Basic/Feature Arenas for those below Uncollected.
Say 3* Milestone and 4* Rank arenas (for both Basic champ and Feature champ) for those not yet Uncollected. (as opposed to 3/4 in Milestone and 5/6 in Rank for UC+).
Like how there were previously different 0-30/30-60/60+ day brackets for Arenas before for awarding Ranks. The others existed for some other people even though you only ever saw the arenas for your own bracket.

Wasn't that in the full pool, now it would only be pre UC players, I'd think

So you are trying to tell Pre UC players did not have the roster to put only 650k points in Arena for a 3* Featured? Thats so NOT true.
Absolutely. I think arena should have an area that benefits every tier of gamer. In the eco system of this game, the little accounts need just as much opportunity to grow in their own way.
I feel like I’ve been playing for almost five years and just have been chasing behind the spenders and whalers. Not that my skills are through the roof, but it gets ever so defeating when casual players or new people get scraps.

You definitely can. Especially in the beginner bracket
The pre-UC are EXACTLY the people who need 3* and 4* champs, which will help them progress toward UC.
As a UC player, 3* and 4* champs are functionally useless to me, especially now with the 6* Arena, except for Pokemon reasons. I have three 6*, maybe 40 5* (one r5, the second coming soon) and a dozen maxed 4* already. I’m not wasting time with a 3* anything at this point.
However, those pre-UC players NEED these kinds of champs, not more PHC shards where they hope to pull something good but wind up with their 17th dupe of BPCW.

Huh ? Even Veterans bracket for semi-new players using 3* was very simple to reach 3* Hero from Rank Reward (even with limited 3* pool to use) of no more than 1.5m, let alone when they added 3* as milestone much sooner in points. Unless you mean that newer players aren’t ever ranking up any of their 3* champs at all anymore. Which I guess would have made it harder (but that would have been their choosing).
We should have it for everyone so you can easily get the featured champ to test out and try without an extensive grind
You do have it (as UC or above), getting much higher points from using 4/5/6* champs will be quicker to hit 3* Feature Milestone now in new arenas than even doing the old 3* champs arena that was already not really grinding. So even though 3* Milestone is 6.25m (even the 4* Feature at 9m) I would guess it will be faster because of 5*/6* points per match, than using old 3* to reach the old arena marks.
The targeted demographics confuse me, and always have.
A new 3* is worthless to most, even pre-UC, and can only serve as a taste of something to strive/spend for, and as a testing ground. It should serve as a promotional tool, honestly.
A new 4* is useful to pre-UC, but not so much for UC and above. Not at the rate 5* are being pumped out. They're just ISO and LvlUp Event bait.
A new 5* is still useful to most, but the grind for them is painful unless you've already practically transitioned to a 6*-fpcused roster.
A new 6* is useful for everybody, so it's fine. The grind for one is unholy, and only accessible to an incredibly small group, but that's to be expected for the top.
Outside of the 6*s, by the time you can reasonably grind for what you want, you don't really need them. What a weird system.

That is simply not true. It only required 3* champions. A pre uncollected player was more than able to do the 3* featured arena since it only required 40 rounds without boosts and 3* champs are really easy to level up. If anything, that arena was specifically geared towards them together with the summoner trials.

Yes that is exactly what I'm saying. Newer player are moving to 4*s and 5*s faster now than ever before. They very little reason to actually seek 3*s let alone take then to max rank and grind 40 rounds with them.

Ranking up your 3*s to grind for another 3* is pretty silly when you've got better 4*s

So yeah....give them an arena just for them.
