    he needs at least a 50% reduction on the base and with the sparky synergy, it should be 100%. 40% is laughable and 85% doesn't stack up to other champs at this point in time. Why use blade for AAR when you can just use someone like falcon. I don't think he needs more damage, but he does need some number adjustments, namely in the areas I just mentioned. Aside from that, they need to give dimensional beings the dimensional beings tag. There's frickin annihilus (maybe), bwcv, darkhawk (maybe), juggs, sasquatch, tigra, uc, megamind, etc.
