My Alliance iam in needs to get 160k for the lowest reward for summoners advencement but we will never make it why is it so high

Your alliance may need to do one week on, one week off if you can't hit 160k regularly. And make the most of it, because the final tier is 265k per week.

we regularly get 100k but we have non active players and that is i think also a reason why we never make it

You have to to kick the inactive one, because the sa tier depends on the overall alliance prestige. the higher the prestige, the higher the tier.

kick the inactive players or join an active alliance. my alliance just makes 350k weekly then we stop.

There are different Tiers for SA. It's based on Rating I believe. There's 55k, 110k, 160k, and 265k, at least that's all I've seen. There may be more.
