Black Widow Deadly origin evade bug

As far as I knew BWDO can only evade from the passive ability gained by using her sp1. The global node used grants you a resistance charge if you evade, but the way that it’s written it isn’t supposed to give you the ability to evade. Kabam need you to look into this, it’s very annoying and made this fight more of a pain than it should have been.

    Just had this happen to me, BWDO evaded me twice without having her passive evade charge active.

    I was using Apocalypse against BWDO on node 37 in Tier 5 War which has "Ebb and Flow - Intercept" and "Mighty Charge - 1". The global node was "Untouchables" which I believe is somehow giving her a chance to evade without her charge active.

    Alliances abusing it in aw ... fix the global node or remove it!

    We faced several bwdo which cost us some death...

    Where ever she is placed she is evading without her evade (sp1 evade) up...

    Same problem on same node. Tried using APOC, Black Widow CV, Archangel.

    The fight with APOC was going fine until after she used her SP1. I waited out the evade buff thing and from then on it was hell.
