Tell me how is this fair? This is not good for players like me. If this continues, I cannot play arena then... I dont have much r4 and r5 champs. How can I fight these fights? This is just 1 fight. After that, all my champs are r3. So I cannot continue arena untill my r5 champs are available. How can I continue like this? My roster is not that big... Seriously this needs to be fixed!

Sometimes the match ups are crazy
It's easy to see now that you are a newer player, but you have to invest either time or money if you want things to eventually become somewhat easier in the game. Those are the two currencies that you have to be willing to give, either one or both.
If your are UC then you are facing 100k bosses in UC quest and the Collector had over 100k health and nodes. How are these fights harder than those?
Should do the same for 14-16, but don't sandbag as all need to be above R4 to be safe.
17-20 only use 5* R4 or 6* R1 (or better).
21 and up use anyone but try to stay above 14k pi for your team and try not to use less than 5* R3 if you can. The occasional R2 is ok if you keep the overall PI up around 14k or higher. But if you get a bad match initially on your low R2, then the rating drops and you risk a death match .
It was never intended that the arena operate like this indefinitely: this is a failsafe mode that only happens when the arena is "broken." But players going back years figured out that if they used champions with a high enough PI (it is more complicated than this, but simplifying here for discussion purposes) the arena couldn't find matches *even higher* and would break. This was and is referred to by the players as "infinite streak." You use the right teams at the right times, and in the right sequence, and you can break the arena match system and get easy fights indefinitely.
There's a "hump" you have to get over, that exists between about round 10 and round 20. That's where the difficulty curve reaches its peak, and then levels off. It is also where the game tries to find the highest matches relative to the player, and thus it is the place where it is the easiest for players to "break" the match system. You just have to learn to follow one of those systems that is out there.
This is not an easy thing to fix, because it isn't the deathmatches that are broken. The deathmatches are the arena working correctly. It is the easy matches that players get that are broken. The players have found a creative way to break the arena to make it more palatable to play. The last time the devs tried to "fix" deathmatches they eliminated all the 4x deathmatches but put the arena into permanent 2x mode where the fights were twice as hard as they used to be for anyone who had mastered infinite streak tactics. Needless to say, this change was not well liked and it was backed out.
There's no way to "fix" this because it isn't broken. It would take a complete redesign of how the arena creates match ups to change this in a way the players would find not annoying.
I run full suicides and it’s like hitting a wall
But it’s all about your roster
I learnt it when I had 100k roster.
My wording could be wrong, but what I'm stating is just something YOU need to realize. You're just developing to grind arenas. Of course, when that happens, deathmatches are often. You should optimistically work for another 5 rounds and there, you are back at 3 Multiplier.
