Is kingpin worth it???

I’m currently on 6.2.6 in story. I have a skill gem that’s been sitting in my stash for a year. I here people like kingpin but I’d he worth it? I have 110 other skill sigs. I need to know if he will be useful for monthly cav. I also might use him in v6.
