    Honestly the answer is probably yes. If they don't either for exploration or completion then that would be honestly quite stupid. They should also have a 5* awakening crystal for 100% of act 5.4 itself also since there is one for 5.3.

    The only reason I say no, is because I don't think it will be a 5.4 completion reward. I don't even think it will be a 5.4 exploration reward. I think it will be an Act 5 exploration reward, possibly a completion reward. But I think it will be a full act reward, not just for a chapter.

    I misread the question haha. I thought the OP was asking whether 5* generic awakening gem should be part of the rewards for Act 5 exploration... which it should.

    Act 5 Chapter 4 completion though? Not likely. Act 5 entire completion? Maybe a 5* awakening gem crystal. Act 5 exploration? Most likely a 5* generic gem. That's my guess. :P
