You're literally confirming his point. For him to gain true accuracy both conditions need to be met. If you enter frenzy you've failed one of them and should lose true accuracy but that's not working as the text says
Yeah I agree. The description is wrong or MM is bugged. Assuming the wording in the description is correct, you could pseudo code it as:
IF (Frenzy = FALSE) AND (Monster_Mass < 10) THEN True_accuracy = TRUE ELSE True_accuracy = FALSE
Meaning failing either one of the logic conditions in the IF (Frenzy = TRUE OR Monster_Mass >= 10) would set true accuracy to FALSE and disable it. The AND operation being the key word there.
Shang chi punishes blocking champs with unblockable and can stun into the block. With that and his aggressive play style, that’s all I need to get the edge on tricky AI or unreliable parry.
