item use icon disabled for cosmic champs

dear kabam pls refer attached screen shot - i have complete 6.2 championn and got cosmic AG 3-4 not able to apply on any of my champs of cosmic class in addition to this the use item icon is disabled and not able to apply even boosts for sign stones to cosmic

request to pls look into the bug

    Start from Inventory, select item, and use it from there (selecting which champ then).
    If it is having problem for some reason starting process from champ instead of inventory.

    (but should work either way)

    But, you said AG (awakening ? He's already awakened). Or did you mean a Rankup gem ?
