    The timer is wrong, the last session ended on Wednesday at 1 PM EST, so next session doesn’t start today

    Yeah I had that too, I was freaking out it was delayed. but then the timer corrected itself when it hit 24 hours till the start
    , normal setup screen is there now

    Well, it “had” been saying that the SETUP Phase starts today (1 day before the actual AQ days begin, of course).

    Not sure if being inside of game at the 3pm EST time occurs results in (like many other things) needing to actually exit and come back in before seeing whether your alliance can actually start to do your SETUP, or if it is really delayed another 8 days.
