Is Diablo worthy of Rank 3?

I have a 6* awakened diablo. I have heard many good things. My progression is I have all big content ingame done. Is he worth taking to R3?

He is def better with willpower and liquid courage, but it is not a requirement. He has other ways to regen.

He is good to have but im of the opinion he needs suicides to shine (like omega). He is a solid poison damage dealer but definitely faaaaar worthier with suicides.

I would even say without suicides. Only reason why I don't see my Diablo at R3 soon is, because my mystic roster is from other world. I don't use suicides, and he almost soloed entire 7.something poison path, at freaking R1
