Post act 6 rank up help!

I recently finished act 6, and after ranking up the obvious contenders, I feel kind of stuck based on rank ups. I have completed variants 4-7, and have been thinking about starting act 7. I have 1 generic 5* awakening gem, and two science awaking gems. Currently I don’t run suicides, and I don’t play AW. I will be able to rank 3 my doom for throne breaker once summer of pain ends, but that won’t be for another month or so. Who should I rank up in the meantime?

Bishop

Some additional details:
I’m keeping wolverine at r3 until I get an Apoc. (Planning on saving both mutant rank up gems for this)
I’m also interested to see how guillotines buff turns out, so might want to save mystic gems for that.

You have a lot of options and you're at a point in the game where rank ups are more about preference and direction than objective goodness. If it was me, I would be thinking along the lines of Venom, Magik, and Bishop, because when I don't have a very specific need I'm filling, I'm always looking at champs with unique utility or abilities that might become useful down the road. BWDO might be another possibility for skill options for CavEQ.

However, my rule is: if I can't decide, unless resources are expiring there's no rush. I tend to sit on resources until I'm compelled to use them, or I have someone I really want to rank. You never know who you're going to pull tomorrow. In fact, SoP comes with a Nexus (I'm assuming you got that far), which has the potential to hand you another rank up option.
