Interaction mr. Negative - captain infinity war

I have noticed an interaction in game between mr negative and captain infinity war and I wonder if this is an intended interaction.

When attacking with captain iw while charged you take damage. I am assume this is because he nullifies and unstoppable if there is one. Except mr negative normally doesn’t have an unstoppable but still every hit you take damage.

Is this interaction as intended? Would love a response from kabam

I understand it to be a reality, but has Kabam said it was *intended* for Cap to take damage even when MN is stoppable? That seems like a little more far-fetched

Because he's Awakened, and punishes CAIW for trying to Nullify a buff that he doesn't have.
