Why did our alliance still didnt get there last season rewards from A.W.
We askt in global chat and everyone already got them.. we only got 2 compensations ( health and boost potions ) .
Can someone help me and the ally

You got the rewards months ago … all the bugged fights since Season 27 was stopped after 2 weeks (5-6 Wars) were just Training (not counting towards anything).

If you did not collect the rewards months ago, they are lost by now (they have a 30 day timer). So you either forgot that you collected them or you lost them due to your own fault.

Agent_X cus we where waiting for Kabam to correct it but did not...now i'm asking why and where the rewards are

Wolf i'm everyday online the last 5.5 years and not 1 day lost...so i read all the mail all the other rewards claimed ( A.W comensation two ) but still didnt get season on..
Some ally members asking it two so thats why i placed it here

Last Season (27) rewards were given out long before AQ/AW compensation packages. Was it in June?

This new season is live for 2 weaks now..so the season rewards ( 3..4 ) weaks ago.
These we didnt get...indeed got compensation for A.Q ( 3k glory and crystals ) and the A.W ( potions revive's and boosts ) but never the season rewards from the last A.W...10k 5* shards etc.

And its not just me...got 28 people in our ally that ask the same XD
So thats why i ask ( indeed after 2 weaks ) but i thought is was a delay

THE LAST SEASON ENDED IN EARLY-MID JULY!!!

WE WERE ON OFF-SEASON FOR LIKE A MONTH!!!!

@Defqon1986 , You still don’t get what people in both your threads on this subject have been saying.

Season 27 started June 23 (Kabam post from June 9).

July 7, Season 27 ended early after only couple weeks because of Parry/Dex bug (Kabam Miike posted July 7). Season 27 rewards got sent out early then prior to the normal ending of the usual 4-week season duration (minimum participation number of wars was waived).

Wars continued under the banner of still being in Season 27 (even though the Season was called off early, but did not count toward any season standing).

Post about new Tactics and Map changes (Kabam posted July 16, was supposed to go in effect July 21, in what would normally have been the start of the “off-season” of Wars that also don’t count toward standings).

2 weeks of “normal” off-season (that don’t count).

Season 28 delayed until further notice (Kabam posted back on July 28). Was otherwise supposed to have been started Aug 4.

Season 28 finally started Aug 18. (So after 2 extra weeks of “off-season”, on top of the 2 weeks where previous season was called off early).

So when did you think that you should have recently received season rewards for Season 27 ?
It was somewhere around July 9 (a post by Kabam Porthos on July 8 saying could take a day to get out to everyone), over a month and a half ago (not 3-4 weeks ago).

Finaly someone that can explain in a normal way what is going on..this is my first time here on forum to ask something.

This is where it whent wrong i gues cus that season 27 was still going on for us and we all fought till the end ( did not got notification's of ending early ) and cus we did not know that the season was called off we thought we where getting full rewards.
And that delay is the ting that got us confused i gues XD

And prior coments where not realy helpfull indeed ;-)

1) You got full rewards for the Rank you had when they ended Season 27 early.
2) There were multiple ingame Notifications as usual, your whole Alliances fault if nobody is reading them.
3) Others (or I myself) told you that Season 27 was ended early and the Wars afterwards were just Training/Off-Season … sorry, if you didn‘t understand.

Well now you’re u knew the forums world but it kind is yours fault for not reading kabam msg there put in game there’s said we wil be end alliance war season immediately and we wil send reward in around a day or 2 so u can’t said isn’t yours fault.
