I can somewhat agree that it could have been better designed. Or atleast have giving a '1' when you are done for the day. But to be fair. If you forget it more than 7 times it is on you. I know the 7 days was implemented later, but still. It is on you and only you. We were given grace days so we could forget roughly 7-8% of all the glasses. If you play the game on a medium basis you are very likely to complete atleast 1 other objective per day, unless you got shafted with rng. The button does flash thou so it is trying to get your attention.
In this thread: people that think clicking a button once per day isn't worth the effort for 7800 6* shards, a generic awakening gem, hundreds of units and more.
The bar is so high I'd love to see what you guys think would make it worth your while to click one button daily. 30k 6* shards? 100k 6* shards?
1) People here are not complaining about the rewards, just the design of the daily mission (bugged notification)
2) You don’t get all that by just clicking on a button daily, you need to buy the 20$ Premium Pass as well.
No I specifically only listed the FTP rewards. Plus pass players get double those 6* shards and more.
I know the notification doesn't show a number 1 next to it when you're done, but I want to get the rewards so I go out of my way to make that the last thing I click before I log off. By that point, I've done my aq fights and used my energy in event quest or revive farming - I've DEFINITELY done the fights by then. So I always claim it, then go to bed.
I make sure I remember because I value the rewards. In my opinion if clicking one button daily is such a forgettable problem then I believe you don't care about the rewards. I'd love to be a player that doesn't care about 6* shards, what an account they must have!!

Play it daily. Participate everyday. I'm at 10.8k prestige so I know what I'm doing tbh.
It's just work/family stuff that gets the attention sometimes and I HAVE to close the app.
Been playing this game for 5 years now and my memory is used to numerical notifications in this game. That's the only issue.
I've missed about 5 till now and if I miss more it'll be my fault. Just saying, it's not designed to be player friendly.
They gave 7 grace days, and now the Notification pops up when you complete 10. At this point, it's User Error.
At that point you could be knee deep into a quest and forget it exists. For some reason there's no notifaction after the inital one which is still very bad design.
Please don't justify this man, it's bad design plain and simple.

No more than forgetting to log on. If you're barely interested in it, then what's the point of complaining the design sucks? If you don't want the Rewards, then what's the point?

Because 700 units along with the other rewards are helpful, the way to it isn't really that good but at the end of the day, it's free. It's just a shame that it had to suffer thanks to bad design.
Logging onto the game is a lot simpler because it's more of an instinct at this point, I've known its existence far longer than this event. You can still remember the event, it's just sometimes you forget to claim the glassed thanks to no notification past the initial completion. Kabam is basically putting a carrot on a stick and holding it over an icy road.

It's hard to even bother playing the game with the already existing parry and dex bugs. Even then, yes it's on me but it wouldn't have been the case if the event was designed better.

Ok fine you have me there. But that wasn't my main point, bad design is bad design.
The lack of a notification showing up past the initial clear is poor design. Once again, you could be knee-deep into a quest and forget it exists.

Why?
Is it so hard to understand that over a period of 98 days, something that is designed different from everything else can be missed.
It's not like we're saying we didn't complete the 10 fights, we did. It's the collection of the glasses.
We even explained the reason - Why everything else has a numerical notification and this one does not? Why? Answer me this logically, why did they design this notification different from every other objective completion notification?

Your point being? Can't kabam make objectives simpler? And the notification icon intentionally doesn't show up. Never ever has this not happened in the past. It hasn't been fixed either. Don't tell me that they will fix it. Only 30-35 days are left on it. What's the use if they fix it on the last day!?
My point is they gave a week of grace time to accommodate for people missing it. Forgetting 7 times is User Error. One, two, even three perhaps. 7 times is just not caring enough to do it.

It's really not. I cared enough to spend $20 to get it done 4 weeks earlier than normal, and it still has slipped my mind enough to where I've lost 18 grace days. I definitely care, and I wanted to get to the solo objective for 6* shards as early as possible, but the fact of the matter is not everyone has the time or memory to log in daily for 5-10 minutes and not forget to collect the sunglasses, unless this game is all you spend your time doing.

It's literally the first thing I do when I log in. Takes all of 10 minutes. If that's too much, then there's little room to complain about inclusion for Rewards.

It's literally one click a day, presuming you're actually playing. Not that dire.
One click that you can easily forget.
7 times is on you.
After the first time or two of forgetting, you're going to remember if it's that important to you.
Love how you completely ignored the question there.
The entire event is bad design. An uneccesarily complicated event, an objective system that is different from all others for some reason, a poor explanation of it in the announcement adding to the confusion further.

We were given grace days so we could forget roughly 7-8% of all the glasses. If you play the game on a medium basis you are very likely to complete atleast 1 other objective per day, unless you got shafted with rng.
The button does flash thou so it is trying to get your attention.
Please don't justify this man, it's bad design plain and simple.

The lack of a notification showing up past the initial clear is poor design. Once again, you could be knee-deep into a quest and forget it exists.

I don't know in what world you like in if you fail to recognize that this is poor design.
Yeah. Just entering a thread to sh*t all over it and derail it.
This year's side events have really been poor.
