So no it can't be like iceman can give massive incinerate, it has to fit the character and there current kit or close to it.

2) Magneto infects enemies w metal, making any champ #Metal. This could be based on time (like VP's buff potency) or some gameplay mechanic (like Warlock)
3) Ægon gets combo like Squirrel Girl does
- rage duration increased from 2 seconds to 3 seconds
- sp1 stun chance increase from 60% to 75%
- Immortality cannot be prevented by AAR reduction
- Immortality duration increased from 8 seconds to 12 seconds
- Immortality cooldown decreased from 50 seconds to 45 seconds
- Increase sp3 petrify from 25% potency to 50% potency
- Sp3 petrify increased from 20 seconds to infinite duration (does not stack)
Add ability
- while immortality is in cooldown Ihulk gains 100% perfect block chance against well timed special attack blocks (like sunspot when he has incinerates on the opponent)
