These challenges feel like work

Does anyone know what we get for completing them? I'm trying to complete so much content and these challenges keep getting in the way.

wait spidey so if ppl do the lowest the will access all tiers next month or just the tier that is connected to the difficulty ie proven etc .. im almost done with them this week all difficulties but my alt is wayyy behind lol

I'm not Spidey but doing any of them will unlock all the tiers
