One of my feloows find a strange bug - he can't add to friends a play.
both of them has less than 25 friends.
player with incoming request allowed pepople to add him.
player who send request even after restarting game seeing that his request haven't been send.

in case of check up:
IGN of request sender: Waasd
IGN of request receiver: Арс15р

    i already said, that this option is on. maybe with some mistakes, but it is wrote in original message :-)
