Practice fights arent counting

Why are the practice fights not counting towards venom vs carnage and venomized special Event?

Guess it has to be in an “actual” fight in a quest, arena etc.

Also, along similar lines, the 7 day Solo Sigil objectives, it says each Alliance Help is worth 10 points, but everytime I click the help button, no points are being given towards the objective goals.

Also it says opening 5* hero shard crystals are worth 5,000 points, but when I opened a 5* Nexus crystal, no points at all. Those should count too IMO.

Am I missing something? I'm not seeing practice anything anywhere. I updated earlier and even rechecked in case there was a new patch or hot fix or whatever. I can't find a practice mode anywhere. Thanks!

you click on your champions and under where it says "upgrade" "use items" and "info" there should be a practice button

Ok, thanks! That's maybe the only place I didn't think of.

“Alliance Help” for Sigil objective is probably same as the long-time Alliance Help 1-day. The Alliance one is only upon actually still being underneath your Daily Loyalty/Help limit. Once you hit that, no more helps go towards counting for points toward the event (because you are not actually earning Loyalty past that point). And, as per 1-day, if you give out your helps in the morning before the actual Event rolls-over, then your loyalty helps for the day are already used and can not get any points until the (usually) overnight Help Reset time.

And “5* Hero Shard crystal” is a specific crystal, it is not meant to mean ANY type of 5* crystal (Fully formed, Normal 10,000 Shard, 15,000 Feature, Nexus, Purchased, etc). The points rules spell out exactly which specific crystals count.
