    Was about to ask the exact same question. I just bought a Tier 1 Cosmic from the glory store, which isn't even registering as a 2/2 when I try and rank up. Definitely a bug!

    I think this confirms that Apoc is actually skill but it shows that he's mutant ;)

    He's a symbiote so I guess it kinda makes sense? Maybe another Karnak situation

    You had to buy a T1 Cat from the store ?

    So seems like the next “Karnak”. Wonder if higher levels will need BOTH Science and Cosmic ?
