How do I beat upgraded regen magneto

I'm up to the infamous magneto who'd at 15k 5 * how the hell do I beat this guy. Dr strange isn't working. Seems my characters don't have the level to keep the fight going long enough. Any help is appreciated

Yes HT is by far the best option for that fight
get him to 3/30 atleast and youll crush it.
