"How portals work" pop up bug

Every time I enter the defender war map to place champions I get the pop-up "How portals work / How to place defenders". I don't find any option to turn that off and it gets on my nerves since I actually know how that works. Any ideas how to solve that?

    Are you accidentally clicking on the particular icon on right that might be bringing up that “Help” ?

    I don't click on anything. It just shows up.
