Who to use my 5* Generic Awakening Gem on?

Hi,
I got the 5* awakening gem from this month's side quest - just completed Act 5 as well and looking for the best champion option to awaken that will help me become Cavalier(so chapter 6.1) and make the Variant quests easier.
I have enough resources to take any 1x 5-star champion to rank 5.
Not currently running suicides, but could.
My roster posted below (I'm mostly FTP so 5-star roster relatively small)

King groot also benefits a lot from being awakend but you might don't like him
