Which new champion is in need of a buff the most?

Who do you guys think needs buffed out of the champions released this year? My vote goes for purgatory since I was excited about her until I found out her damage was meme tier. Overseer could also use a buff but I think purgatory is just a hairsbreath worse.

    I think that overseer could be awesome if they incorporated more of his weapons/armaments into his kit. @Rookiie had a cool post over overseer

    Purgatory followed by Super Skrull followed by Psycho Man or Mangog.

    Overseer is really decent and kinda underrated. He could be better but these champs are way worse than him.

    Red Skull, whom I totally don't have as a 6* 👀 But seriously, I've always liked him, and he has some utility, 10/10 would be fun to smack around super people with Tesseract

    Red Skull is:
    A Havok Counter
    A buffed up and diss track option.
    Can deal shock damage
    Have minimized chip block damage.
    Power control on sp3 and block.
    (If duped) has access to power gain via heavy (bit risky, but has a synergi that helps, with OR)
    Has increased critical and energy resistance per buff on him (which ramps up decently quickly)
    Lowers enemy power gain by 10% per debuff on him.


    He only really needs a damage tune-up, he has respectable utility.

    I wouldn't mind a 6*

    Most who criticize him probably feel that without consistent and damage output, he's meh and don't want to figure out his rotations.
