Look at the first picture guys...as a price I got all the peaces....but it's saying am missing the left arm/elbow of which I clearly have as a price ...look carefully at those two pics

The Shady Dimension crystal shows all the pieces as x1 whether you have them or not, as that is the cost to redeem. I have the same as your first screenshot even though I am missing 2 pieces.

You probably are missing at least that arm if you check your Items inventory.

The price pic says what is REQUIRED in total, not what you actually have.

The 2nd pic shows what you are missing.

Ppl are asking that you prove it by showing your INVENTORY screen to see what you think you have. (And as 6* pieces, not just 5* pieces)
