A small question about Act 1-4 rebalancing

I have seen and read the announcement about it.
I was just curious, it reset my progress in the acts, is it okay to do them again, or is it a bug? I don't exactly want to get banned over it

    I 100%ed act 1-4 long ago. And despite the announcement saying that completion rewards aren't a thing, exploration rewards are cropping up, which is why I'm asking. Never hurts to be on the safe side with Kabam
