Laggy gameplay on iOS

Hi.
Last 4 or more months, game was randomly lagging (like frame drops, stuttering), I mean 80% of fights runs with low fps and stuttering, 20% runs better (like faster and higher fps). And after November update game running really better (faster, smoother), like 60% of gameplay, and 40% still laggy. And yesterday it’s back! Most of gameplay isn’t smooth and fast, and sometimes annoying stuttering and like 15 frames.
I just want get some answers, why this happening? Using iPhone XR, iOS 14.8, fast WiFi.
