I used to use 5 star For Corvus for him. But I also had suicides, which helps. First, defeat the tech champ before him. This does two things. Increase damage with the cruelty buff (more damage per hit = less hits and therefore less Thorns) and it also reduces the ability accuracy of any further Tech champs you face (reduced chance for Thorns to actually trigger). Beyond that. I used only Medium attacks (MM instead of MLM). Same concept, more damage per hit means less hits/less Thorns damage. Beyond that, Corvus will heal with suicides for each fight.

If you do not use Suicides and/or Corvus, then Regen, AAR and/or Heal Block will be your friend.

Hyperion SP1 Spam, beside the hand slap which makes physical contact the rest (the blast) is non physical, so no thorns damage for this. I have done it that way all the time when I had this path. From Day 1 to Day 5.

Stryfe (M-M combos) or OR with Tentacle Attacks should make it easy, no?
