Beast has really smooth animations, not that anyone besides like 3 people actually plays him. I also love the smoothness behind BWDO and Prof X, theyβre both are so seamless and smooth.
A few ... Black Widow Deadly Origins is super smooth to play ... Mister Negative ... Gamora (don't laugh lol) ... DDHK ... Doctor Doom ... and I'm speaking just from an animation and response standpoint ... these champs are just smooth.

I love my R3 Prof X. His smoothness was one of the reasons I brought him up too lol.
Starlord, his shallow intercepts are amazing. Like he can do it to legit any champion lol unlike other champs where they can only do it to a few such champions.
Ronin is another candidate. I haven't ranked my 6* up yet so I haven't tried him out in any serious content, but I always have a lot of fun when I use him in arena.
Spider-Gwen. Her animations flow, and they all feel properly kinetic.
Oddly enough, I can intercept with her better than any other champ. Not sure if itβs because her medium has a different hit box or something, but intercepting with her seems to result in fewer AI light intercepts or step-backs.
For me kingpin, as soon as duped him 6* and started playing him, i fell in love and immediately took him to r3, now I just play him everywhere(with a r3 hood and diablo in team)

Dr. Zola
Worst for me is probably thor rags. Nothing smooth about him at all.
Omega Red or Warlock now.

Hits like and has the defense of a soft stick of butter.
