He’s an absolute beast, such great utility and damage. Best degeneration counter in the game IMO, great on demand intercepts, most potent heal reversal in the game (except for Wasp at very high combo), great power reverse, dashing back removes buffs from you, immune to nullify and stagger, damage comes from DOT so it’s nice for rage and safeguard etc, sp1 has a block proficiency boost giving you perfect parried, sp3 can regen you about a quarter health and it can also do really nice damage if you don’t want to apply any DOT debuffs and he can also reduce enemy power gain with delirium debuffs.

He’s a mystic destroyer, so useful for war, AQ, questing, everything.

He is amazing because his heavy evade counts as an intercept, so he makes those nodes you need to intercept a lot easier. He has insane degen damage, and I'm taking him to r3 today

Like they've said above: he's got really useful things that he does, and he's genuinely fun to play with. Which is a major selling point, if you're playing the game for - well, fun!
