Check karatemike’s vid on YouTube. Shows how good she is now. Also being triple immune is helpful.

if she was actually triple immune
    She is tho.
And i dunno about the hype dying down. Lots of my ally mates including myself took her to r3 and havent seen any regret it
I heard some negative things about her like the low block proficiency, regen not being enough to sustain suicides like the other robots, the reliance on proxima synergy (i guess thats only for short fights like AW?). There’s a couple other negative things I can’t remember.

I was going to rank her for another emp mod counter and having a shock champ with shock immunity in general is useful. The power lock from sp1 I’ve heard from some puts her as a top tech power control champ too
I wouldn’t say low block prof per say but she requires a lot more blocking than the average champ so it makes her blocking worse. Now she has another way of gaining amp charges but it’s locked to her sp3 which can be annoying. Also she needs duped and high sig to get to sp3 faster.
Regarding suicides, her regen is not really meant for suicides so it won’t help with recoil only the bleed and poison. If it was like Ultron’s regen then it would have helped her.
Honestly, I’m not sure I just have mix feeling about her. R2, it doesn’t hurt I will for the immunities she provide (dupe is nice) plus she’s good for some nodes and matchups. I just think she could have make benefited from a mechanic where she can pause the sp3 overcharge passive either when opponent throws specials or something. Cos the AI sometimes act crazy and can really mess you up and all the hard work towards sp3 is wasted. I guess no champ is perfect not that it would have made her perfect.

I really hope the hype behind her isn’t locked behind the proxima synergy (a complete waste of a slot on her own) and/or holding block to build the amp charges. Having to block just to ramp her seems horrid when you’re going up against high attack values. The sp3 way of ramping is more practical if you dont want to lose all your health

I realized that you can play her quite simple by reaching close to sp2, ramp up to 10 or 15 charges then release sp2 for double shock. Quite effective.

Prox synergy? You taking the block damage or dexing when they come at you?

I can’t seem to find gameplay of her being used with regular 5 hit combos and building after an sp3 , but It seems like its a tradeoff between having a faster rampup but losing more health from blocking as opposed to building to sp3

She’s one of the best Tech champs, still below Guardian though cause he has Better Damage and utility

    Fixed it for you @Rookiie
Oddly enough this actually applies. Nebulas good but not better than guardian at all. Great support champ to have and can handle himself.

She would be my first r3 if I pull her. Over anyone. Just like her kit.

Nebula is a utility truck and a powerhouse.
She’s got Triple Immunities, Power Control, reduces Robot AAR, massive shock damage, increased Combat Power Rate from her sig and strong Regen.
She’s one of the best Tech champs, even better than Guardian (imo) because her utility is more accessible.
I have her at R3 and just today I took her for a run in 6.3.1; top, top champ.

Better than Guardian? Yeah that's a no from me.
    Interesting comparison.

Guardians power control has to sacrifice damage, whereas for nebula its much more sustainable.

Power control is huge to have, but guardian is more tanky and sustainable.

Both need an sp3 to get their damage cycle, but guardian has the edge in damage.

Nebs has triple immunities and one that is huge to have as a robot since there’s nodes that punish robots with shocks for being bleed immune. Also EMP mod exists. On the other hand, guardian has fantastic energy resistances.

Nebs access to shock can also be good for things like thunderstruck.

    It’s a pretty close matchup.

I think in time this gap will be closed. I actually think people will end up preferring Nebula to Guardian (sorry @odishika123).

He’s got some great stuff going on for him, but like you said, it comes at the expense of his damage. His Power Control, 2nd Armour Up Force Field and ability to Block Unblockable Specials thrown by Mutants all consume Forcd Field charges.

And his rotation until that bursty SP2 is God-awful boring.

Nebula, on the other hand, is quite scary when she hits that SP3. Shocks and Amp charges left, right and center. Power control, AAR, increased DPS, increased Combat Power Rate, and a massive SP2 all at your fingertips.

    Juicy.
I mean, i like nebula and all, but this would be a bad comparison between the two. Guardian's dps can outdamage nearly anything with enough ramp up. Nothing nebs does compares. Shock damage does nothing to guardian as well, with his massive energy resistance. Huge block prof + block synergy makes a whole team strong with his synergy. Ive tested my r2 nebs vs my r5 Guardian and while i will use them in different scenarios, Guardian will always be useful in more scenarios than nebs ever will.

Frustrates the hell out of me that there are still players out there who think you just hold block with Nebula and eat block damage. She can quite easily hit 15-20 charges before reaching 2 bars of power without Proxima and without sustaining a load of block damage. You just gotta not be lazy and play her right.

She's really great now. At least on the level of hulkbuster, her burst dmg is crazy.

I’ve been using Nebula more than Hulkbuster lately.

Both are good. Nebula has the triple immunity. How many champions are shock immune? I’m trying to count.

    Add mole-man to that list.

Storm Pyramid x is immune to shock when in tempest mode

Is stryfe shock immune? I'm not sure.
