Mine would probably be Overseer, Dormammu, OG Hulk, Joe Fixit, and Vision AoU. Can also include OG Black Panther if you consider him an unconventional rank-up.
I have Emma Frost at R3, that’s probably my only unique one. Killmonger used to be, but now R3’s are more common, I don’t think he’s as unique as he used to be

I've seen Punisher 2099 get some well-deserved hype the last few months or so, so I wouldn't necessarily consider him entirely unconventional any longer, but I r3'd him way before he was cool. He was my second tech r3, after Warlock. I was very close to r3'ing him ahead of Warlock but I thought I'd get more use out of Warlock than P99 in the end.
I was wrong. Warlock is obviously a great champion and I have zero regrets about ranking him up, but Punisher 2099 is one of the champions I most frequently bring with me. Unless I need some very specific utility for a lane, he's my man.
I was just about to r3 Mojo last month but pulled Diablo at the same time that I pulled the last mystic t5cc fragment I needed to form one of those bad boys. Diablo ultimately went up ahead of Mojo, but I'll be r3'ing Mojo as soon as I form another mystic t5cc. I love that big boi. I've pumped him full of sig stones so he's a blast to play.
@Masterpuff ; vulture... I've been seriously considering r2 mine mainly for the cav EQ (before they changed it). Does he see much use outside of that? Really like him, just unsure on pulling the trigger (him or duped war machine is my choice but vulture's armour refresh is pretty valuable compared to WM's lack of refresh!)
Also, white mags; first r3 for TB for me and he still goes everywhere

Taskmaster had always intrigued me but I don't have him. I have grown to love my 5s Man-thing, Doc Ock and Mojo.
Currently, I have a 6s sig40 r3 Jabari Panther if you guys consider her as unconventional. I'm about to r3 Invisible woman even unduped just for defense.
