I am struggling with this cavalier monthly event

I am having a hard time, especially in quest 3.1, where you have to inflict bleed. The nodes that were supposed to help, are not helping. How to inflict bleed through stun, when the opponents are stun immune, unless reparry... seriously...
And I want to also mention the quest 1.2, where I am supposed to use a #royal and #inhuman to make it "easier" for me. Really ? In this game everything is ridiculously hard to get, some people wait 1 year to get a god tier champ, and you want me to rank up & use Kamala, Karnak or Black Bolt ?
I would be ashamed just to put these nodes out, and claim that these nodes are "Helping"

You're right! NF was great. Haven't tried apoc yet. I don't know about AA, because I can't parry.
It's not like .. extremely hard, but I'm having a harder time than usual.

3.1 BWCV crushed it for me. She can nullify the node pretty much and until then she can shut it down with her reliable bleeds.
i just played it like it was completely stun immune because reparrys weren't successful. they were aggressive and after the first hit they'd 90% immediately throw a heavy attack.

for 1.2 X-23 is a monster, rhulk works really well (even better with terrax) and i found karnak+medusa a great duo; for 3.1 I'm using gwenpool and hit-monkey, but I also used masacre and bwdo with moderate success ^_^

I only used Doom, Apoc, Wolvie, HT, Venom, Anti Venom, and AA all the way.
You don't have to bring champs with the Tags to make it easier, just play it like a normal quest with some nodes and don't mind about the tags.

He went in and bargained like there is no tomorrow. Amazing champ if u can use him right

The biggest problem with 3.1 that I’m surprised nobody brought up is the brute force path.

I’m fine with having to reparry, but the AI constantly throws heavies instead of playing into the reparry after dashing in, making it difficult to get an attack in with the brute force timer.

I didn't Reparry at all. Too much reliance on AI behavior imo. Just use any champ who causes bleed. Play stun immune for easy fights where you can punish sp1 and heavy. Use White Mags pre-fight for up to 3 fights you wish to parry stun (attacker must be metal or hero). Such as evade fights or if the sp1 is not easily punishable.

Apoc can also Parry at will. And cause bleed on heavy.

Yup, I find the AI to be generally uncooperative when trying to reparry lately. I skipped it and just fought stun immune or used Guidance.

This is a month we're you can just pretty much ignore the nodes and bring in your best team or counters for the opponents.

Kabam has mentioned they want to allow players to use all of their roster. This was a push in that direction and it shows that players just rely on 5-9 Champs for all content. This was the first time for the #Avengers I used my 4 star scarlet witch and it was really fun. Also, this is a first cav difficulty that 4 stars could be used effectively because of the hashtags. I would say to better this event is Kabam should announce the hashtags that'll be used a few weeks prior to new cav event so players won't be blindsided.

I used the Apocalypse + Cable.
For Apocalypse, just keep doing parry/stun, heavy with occasional Sp2.
Cable work great against boss. Again I just do parry/stun, heavy.

not really, if you let him consume his regen buff you can apply bleeds at max potency. I also forgot to check if his self-inflicted bleeds works against him ^^"
The "funniest" fight that i've had in this EQ was the King Groot in the #Avenger quest: you gain charges by power draining/burning/locking the opponent and you have a node that let you power drain the opponent, only for kabam to place a power drain/burn immune champion. Who can gain charges against him?

I’ve stoped exploring at 2.2 after a few attempts at the path that starts with Kitty and ends with Bishop. I hate fighting Bishop since his buff lol.

quick tip for 3.2 that I just happily found out: Proxima is really good, when you block you prevent the armor from triggering and immediately gain a fury, and with ten furies even an unduped proxima hits really hard *_*

Doesn’t help that the game is broken. Choppy game play & massive lag when opponent throws specials makes it near impossible to dex. And I know it’s not my internet connection. So making cav eq harder with a broken game & no compensation is a massive fail kabam. Or upgrading cav eq rewards which is LONG overdue

White Mags prefight (unless I forgot to preload it) with Apoc and AA handled most of it.

Fury boss is actually very manageable once you get the rhythm down. Hit him almost to a bar of power to build the charges and the make sure you drop your special with as many charges as you can get on him. Power node also lets you keep him at or around his more evadeable Sp2.

I found it was much easier to not use the nodes in 3.1 or 1.2. You don't get any drawbacks to not using them, so why use them if you can just use your r3 6* Doom?
