No difference between thronebreaker and cavalier?

There is no difference between the items attached for thronebreaker to cavalier, why? The additions should depend to the progession as in the ingame message mentioned.
As a thronebreaker this additions are pretty lame...

It was said that the offers refere to the progression. So if the progress is different the offers should be different too. Like they always are...

Just because it says progression based doesn’t mean every progression gets a different offer. Conquerer and proven get the same offers all the time. Maybe this time this they just targeted it that way

Much more likely that @Snakep has the right answer. I don't believe the phrase "story progression" has ever been construed to mean "titles that are gated strictly by story arc completion gates." It is generally meant to refer to account progression tiers in general. But just because an offer is tuned to progression, that doesn't mean every progression tier gets different offers.

Although Thronebreaker requires a rank 3 champion, it is still considered a "story progression" tier. It exists in the Story Milestones listed in the game, and it is also listed as one of the "story-campaign" progression milestones in Kabam's knowledgebase (https://help.kabamsupport.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052700751-Story-Campaign-Progression).

You have to finish act 6.4 to be TB - so there is a story progression you need to solve.
Not to misunderstood, I am really ok with the offer and that this offer was same bs as for Cavaliers. Made it easier to not buy it.

But I still think it was a mistake of Kabam because always there was and is a difference in offers between TB and Cav.
