Unable to receive alliance rewards

@Kabam Miike As just the gifting event started, i was kicked from my previous alliance and immediately joined another one. It said i would be eligitable for rewards 1 day before the gifting event ends (a.k.a. today) and accumulated 75k points during the event but today it says i have not made any points ... Why are they not automatically added?

    (1) Your “accumulated points” don’t start counting toward Alliance Event score until you have been in alliance 14 days.

    (2) days it says before being eligible is a rounded whole number of days. Actual qualification would be down to the exact time of being in for 14 days 0:00 hrs/mins. If you didn’t get in before the actual time that Gifting a event started, you will NOT be able to qualify.

    (3) and even if you reach 14 days before event ends, any gifting done before reaching 14 days do NOT count toward Ally event (just gifting done AFTER reaching 14 days).

    @Zan0 I have passed the 14 day period and have one more day in the event. Its not cheating but logical that I should be given the points i gathered. Kabam should have made the event 14 days not 15 so that stuff like that never happens ...

    It's just not fair ... They should have made the event 14 days and not more then that so that this never happens ... Have only one account, never created a second one to swap crystals with. I have qualified for the for the event and should be awarded the milestones

    You said “after” the event had started you were kicked and immediately joined another.
    By definition, since event is only 14 days, you would not be able to be in new alliance for a full 14 days then.

    Or were you confused and you switched right “before” gifting started ?

    the rules were VERY clearly outlined...
