Ghost.
Phase is active for 2 seconds, with Armor up, WM is passively unblockable and has Aspect of Death for 4 seconds.
Still doable.
Oh yes, still doable, but it requires a fair amount of skill, and luck. If WM throws his special even a little too late after Ghost begins phasing, fight's over.
Also, he does have Armor Break on sp2.

Edit : Throw in True Focus and that's it. Unfortunately, I'm limited to 3 nodes.
The only question is if it's doable or not, and it is. Of course it depends on the player's skill. Maybe exchange explosive personality with true focus?

Her abilities say she evades basic attacks against opponents with concussion. No Quake expert, but it seems like she won't work.

I've used her and no concussion is no problem.

It won't reverse heal but it will block it if potent enough.

Crot me with your best shot actually allows heal reversal. But Mr sinister prevents it so same effect

Yeah, for some time/just once. This depends on how much health we're talking about and they could burst him down.
Guess Ghost with Hood or a very careful quake might do it no matter how much health he had.
Need a better evade counter that can't be stun locked and counters ghost...

Add in debuff immune (or just armor break immune) and it should be officially impossible. As is you need a champ that places armor break and deals a damage over time effect without using specials.

Power gain reversal is the only way afaik, but it won't get him below 2 bars, because you'd need to keep hitting him to keep it up.
