Stealthy, DD easily. Why would Apoc work? Also all champs without buffs could just throw sp3

Ghost can definitely fully phase his sp1, of course you need skill to perfectly time it.

Her abilities say she evades basic attacks against opponents with concussion. No Quake expert, but it seems like she won't work.
