Contact establishment error in Alliance War

My alliance is Silver 2 and we are at War with this Alliance and when we check the information of the enemy Alliance it turns out that instead of fighting an Alliance of the same rank they put us to fight an Alliance that surpasses us by many ranks, please fix this, it's kind of unfair to lose points because the game didn't start fighting an enemy Alliance at the proper rank.

War Match is based on “War Rating” (Potencia Guerrera), which is same 1262.

Does not matter that Prestige or Alliance Rating is so different.

SummonerNR, I have many officers who are players from 2013 and have more that 870,000 power and also we're not Noobs like you, that's why we are Silver 2.

Temporada - “Plata 2”, so was thinking this translated Plata to Platinum (which no matter how long you played, at that Prestige of 5355 would not be able to compete at Platinum 2).

Would normally do Google translate, but the words literally have the same first 4 letters. Sorry.

So if Plata means Silver, then makes sense. Still, same War Rating means potential matchup no matter what you finished other seasons at.
