    It's a lore related thing of the character, which is why he's like that.
    He's a Inhuman (Cosmic) but was never exposed to the Terrigen Mists, so he trained his body instead, hence Skill/Cosmic

    I'm now seeing that every star level requires a cosmic in addition to a skill catalyst...so, this must be the case. I was just surprised by this development
