Which Science Champ to r3?

I love all these guys. Miles and Ghulk somewhat fulfill some niche cheese utility but I still love them nonetheless.

so who basically has the most to gain being r3? For me, all of them can still hold their own as r2.

While sp99 is a good choice, im loving my r3 miles. He has such great utility it is really fun to use him in a lot of places. sp99 is very useful himself, but i feel, like miles, he needs the dupe to get the total best out of him. Both are worthy, thought id put in a good word for my boy miles.
